When I arrived the staff told me they didn't have any booking for online agent. I showed them the receipt on my phone and they still said they don't have any booking. Then they called someone and finally confirmed there is a booking for me. Then they wanted to know how much I paid for the booking. I had also requested a double bed only to be put in a room with two single beds. I was told this is because they were not notified by agent of my booking so they didn't have a room to prepare for me. Very disappointed.
