There is public transportation passing in front of the hotel.

The room is not very clean, there are 3 cockroaches. Hopefully more attention can be paid to the comfort of the room.

Here is my assessment for spadia hotel: In terms of completeness of hotel items such as cotton buds, hair dryers, are not provided, the staff are friendly but not professional, I was told that my breakfast would be delivered to the cottage but it was not done, and there was no notification or call that breakfast could not be delivered because breakfast time was from 7am -9am only the last, because there was a morning sermon (using speakers) which started from 6-7am we could not rest comfortably. My friends and I enjoyed activities at the spadia hotel such as billiards, swimming pool and lake view in the morning. I understand very well that there is a place of worship etc. I am only telling our experience at this hotel. I hope that in the future the spadia hotel can be even better, from its customer service and also for the availability of room items. Thank you 🙏.

Suggestion for fried rice is not spicy because it can not be eaten by small children. The location is quite okay, can take public transportation in front of the hotel.

Try next time, ask the OB to clean up properly, the front room of the room where we stayed in front of the stairs was dirty and hadn't been cleaned.

The place is comfortable, beautiful. Very suitable for a staycation with family. Must come again.

We stayed 1 night to catch the morning ferry to Tomok. The size of the room and bed is sufficient for 2 people, the water heater functions well. Confirming the experience of people who stay here, the rooms are not soundproof so the sound of guests coming to stay in the middle of the night, especially groups, is very clear, which is quite disturbing to rest. But with a cheap price, it's not bad if you're looking for a transit hotel, breakfast is also provided by friendly hotel employees. Thank you Sapadia.

It's uncomfortable to sleep because it's noisy, food is rationed, not a buffet.

If you go to Prapat again, just stay here.

The cottage is clean, the swimming pool is clean, cold, clear without chlorine. The only drawback is that there is not much variety of breakfast. And the blanket is very thin. Other than that, it is very good 👍🏻.

Menginap di hotel sapadia membuat saya senang.

Staff kurang ramah, fasilitas kamar kurang bagus, cukup sekali deh nginap di sini.

The cottage was clean but at the same time it felt old. The amenities were complete but wifi and hot water were horrible. Breakfast was good but do not expect something luxury. There was a swimming pool with dirty water and found some trash like cigarettes.

Saya dari Balige nyetir trus capek ya yaudah tidur hotel aja di Parapat. Jadi emang baru check in jam 10an malam lah pembayaran ditempat. Pas dateng kok ga dikasih resi ya. Katanya sistem off, tapi di aplikasi saya kok belum keluar voucher nya tapi dikasih kamar sih, pas check out saya minta lah. Baru keluar itu voucher nya. 1. Kamar tidak ada AC ya kalo malam sih oke ya kalo siang, ga tau. 2. Toliet flash nya rusak tapi karena saya udah capek yaudah bodo amat tidur aja. 3. Kasurnya keliatan agak lawas ya (penyok). 4. Sarapannya cuma nasi goreng telor teh dan sirup. 5. View nya sih bagus walau ga nampak danau tobanya. 6. Kalo yang niatnya ngilang dari peredaran cocok di sini karena sepi anyep ga berisik ga kedengeran lalu lintas. Yaudah lah makasih boleh istirahat di sana malam itu walau dengan harga segitu kok agak sayang ya seharusnya.
