The staff was very polite and the breakfast was good . But the room were very dirty and not well maintained. Rubish , spider nuts, dirty windows, and very dirty bathroom.

Hotel New Melati cukup strategis lokasinya karena di pusat kota, dekat lapangan utama kota, dekat dengan beberapa tempat makan. Kita bisa request untuk dibuatkan makan malam (menunya juga bisa request) dengan harga sekitar Rp. 65.000/orang. Kualitas kamar mandi kurang, tidak ada air panas, pegangan pintu sudah harus diperbaiki, kasur yang saya tempati (kamar 115) juga sudah mulai terasa pernya. Kalau malam agak ribut karena pasar malam setiap hari ada di depan hotel hingga larut malam. Anyway, ada harga, ada barang lah.
