This hotel is perfect for transit, not too far from the airport and not too far from the city center. The place is quite clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and clean, close to the city center megamall and many people selling food near the hotel area.

The room was dirty, there was still a lot of dust on the floor, strands of hair, and other people's hair ties. The mattress was a bit hard and squeaky. The bathroom smelled very disturbing (smells of urine) as if it hadn't been cleaned. The room wasn't soundproof, the sound of trolleys, wall collisions, footsteps, and music from the rooftop cafe were also very audible. So, in conclusion, for a star-rated hotel with a room priced around 400, this isn't worth it. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

It's quite nice, but the cleanliness of the room might need to be improved and the AC should be repaired/replaced.

Cool hotel, friendly staff and technicians are not up to customer complaints. The room AC is not cold, helped to move to a room with better AC, even though the bed is different but it is conditioned for customer comfort, especially when I brought my family
