Sorry, actually this hotel must have been good before, but now it's poorly maintained, right? The staff are friendly, but yesterday I took a Duluxe room next to the receptionist, the air was very different, it was horrible, and the lighting was very poor, some of the lights went out, and the bathroom was poorly maintained, there were also lots of spider webs. In my room there was a carpet, but there was a lot of dust, like a mosquito, and the swimming pool was green, please fix it again

For the view, it's really cool. But the cleanliness is a bit lacking. The TV is noisy, the wifi is noisy. The restaurant is no longer active. For those who just want to rest, it's still okay.

The atmosphere is nice but the mattress is not comfortable, it's not soft enough and it makes a noise.

Friendly staff when first arrived immediately greeted and escorted to the room with luggage. Room review first impression smells damp, dirty room, bathroom has no door, dirty balcony and no chairs, many dim lights some are dead so it seems a bit scary. Second impression at the swimming pool is clean but the surroundings are not well maintained and not well lit. We were only at the hotel for 2.5 hours because we were not comfortable with the condition. Finally we checked out without staying overnight. Unfortunately there is no 1 star option. The whole time I was staying in a new hotel or accommodation, I was given towels torn by rats, and also a good doormat. The room was quite big but very dirty, especially the independent room, dust everywhere, cobwebs in the decorative lights, the shower was stuck, there was no hot water, when asked, he said the water tower was being filled, waiting until the next day, it turned out to be the same. Shared dispenser outside the room but really dirty. The bathroom is very different as in the photos offered, this is very inappropriate. The pillowcase smells musty like it's been used. Maybe it's still better to stay at accommodation that costs 100-150 thousand compared to this. Book a DELUXE room so you can get good facilities, apparently ZONK. Very disappointed and very aggrieved

Pertama masuk sudah bau rokok, lalu saat masuk kamar juga terlihat kotor, kami minta sprei dan handuk diganti, air panas juga tidak ada, air minum disediakan galon di luar tapi di kamar tidak ada mineral botol seperti di foto, menyesal cepat-cepat memilih stay di sini, tidak sebanding dengan harga, tidak layak juga disebut Hotel.

Kamarnya sangat tidak memadai. Acnya tidak dingin, dindingnya banyak yang terkelupas, tidak ada tempat sampah, lantai kotor di sudut-sudut, ada jaring laba-laba, keran air bocor, air panas gabisa digunakan, tidak ada ventilasi. Untuk kualitas 400k sangat tidak worth it

Saat ke resepsionis kesan yang di dapet bau rokok semua, asap ngepul dimana-mana dari teras depan resepsionis ampe ruang tengah mau ke lift, saat masuk kamar kesan yang didapet pertama lagi jorok, lantai kotor banget ga disapu dan dipel karena bekas kaki kotor banyak di lantai jadi minta petugasnya bersihkan, akhirnya dipel tapi cuma bagian kotor, pas cek kamar curiga selimut speri ga di ganti huek karena boro-boro ganti itu yang repot toh kamar aja ga disapu dan dipel gitu. Jadi ga nyaman tidur, rasa ada jijik apalagi ada bekas-bekas ga jelas, kamar jorok dan kotor ga pernah di sapu, apalagi kamar mandi terutama toilet hm ga usah di tanya lagi gimana joroknya. Air panas ga ada jadi mandi air dingin tapi ga masalah lah. Handuk bau apek, semoga itu handuk sudah di cuci sebelum di kasih ke kami. Dapet 2 botol minum, dapet toiletries, ada teh+kopi+gula dan pembuat air panas di kamar, ada mini kulkas juga, ada kolam renang walaupun ga coba tapi sepertinya enak karena liat dari atas ada keluarga yang berenang bersama anak-anaknya. Intinya ga mau balik lagi ke tuh hotel mana harganya mahal dan ga dapet makan.

Layanan memuaskan, pegawainya ramah ramah, jika mencari ketenangan menginaplah ditempat ini. Sejuk segar dingin pokoknya mantaplah. Kolam renangnya juga bersih. Next nginep lagi ah di sana. Thanks agen online 😘

Take a deluxe room for 350 thousand and 2 rooms for 2 days feel a bit zonk because it's really quiet, few people stay, the aura is a bit different, and the view isn't natural but the jungle behind, the pool is dirty so we didn't swim at all.

Facilities are upgraded to be better.
