upon check-in the receptionist was friendly, upon check-out there were different people, the mustache was so cynical (sorry, ma'am, I'm being honest). for the room, I really didn't expect it, the AC wasn't cold, the floor was a bit damp and made my soles dirty, they didn't provide slippers. The TV is just for display, even though I stayed for 2 nights, I was very disappointed. The only good thing is Wi-Fi in the room. Please pay more attention. if the location is quite strategic. I think that's all, thank you

No towels were prepared so we had to buy towels from outside. I want to take a shower because the towel is still in the laundry, there are lots of mosquitoes in the room, the sheets are torn and dirty.
