It's bad that this time, staying at a hotel was very unpleasant, starting from being asked for a tax of 15,000, my whole life in Lombok was staying in several hotels, this time I was asked for a tax. Second, it doesn't match the booking, the room application includes AC but in fact only a fan is given. Towel only got 1 and even then a small towel. It's really bad, I can actually report it as a fraud, but I'm too tired when I finish at dawn I better check out, without taking a shower. The TV also contains radio and even then there is no sound. The guard also gave up. Even blame the OYO. It's very, very chaotic, this is the first time I've felt something like this staying at a hotel while I was in Lombok.

Not a recommendation to stay here. The rooms in the application are not the same as the rooms provided by the hotel and even though you can pay when checking in at the hotel, for cancellations we are still charged a 50% charge. What a disappointment. Thanks.

Sangat tidak layak huni. Gambar di aplikasi sama asli jauh berbanding terbalik. Jangan pernah coba coba boking oyo royal senggigi. Karena bakal menyesal. Tidak ada AC. Adanya kipas. Selimut sprei tidak layak pakai. Chanel tv tidak ada sama sekali. Pokoknya tidak layak.

The room I got was different from the gallery picture on the app. The bed cover and the bedsheet were like children's beds. They didn't provide any wifi and I got no signal there, so it's a complete disaster. They gave me a towel and a small soap bar, no bathroom amenities or even a bottle of water. First I checked into my room, they provided me with a fan, then after I complained, they turned on the AC inside the room and gave me the remote control. The AC also didn't really make the room any cooler. The bathroom drain was open & it make the room a bit smelly. I was the only guest at that time but they got a policy to leave the room key at the receptionist every time I went out of the hostel. They really went into my room, when I wasn't around, because I complained of the unworking AC after I came back. Then they “admitted” to turning off the AC when I went out.

Need improvement and improvement of hotel facilities.

I booked from traveloka but when I arrived there and ask for check in, the receptionist ask me to call his boss using my phone, I didn't see laptop there to even check my booking, but he use my mobile to call his boss and said that I was booked from traveloka. what the f***

Staff was not prepared for our arrival. I saw no other customers anywhere on the premises but still had to wait 20 min for a room. Had to switch room because A/C did not work. Staff had to go buy toilet paper. No liquids or foods of any kind available.

Recommended for affordable lodging. The room is clean and the fan is also tight. The bathrooms are nice and clean too.

Not bad, but there is no WiFi and the service is confused when I say mesen via online.

The price and the room provided are not appropriate, very different from the exp.
