The hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in, the room was comfortable, the AC was cold, the TV was on, the water heater was on, there was a view of the city, and the breakfast had a lot of menus.

It's a shame this luxury hotel is like an aquarium, completely enclosed, with no rooftop to relax and enjoy the city views. Furthermore, the smoking area and lobby hallways smell so bad, the effect of the enclosed terrace, like an aquarium, that the smell just won't go away. Check out the surrounding hotel buildings; they have rooftops to relax and enjoy the view.

The location is strategic, close to places to eat, clean rooms, friendly service, the food is also delicious, varied, comfortable too...

The hotel is clean, the room atmosphere is calm, although the car parking space is a bit limited, but it is helped by the hotel staff who are always ready to help in the parking area.

Booking for parents, before 2:00 PM we were allowed to check in and were actually given the room we requested in the app.. Cool.

It looks like an old hotel, the towels in the room are no longer white.
