Just comfortable, don't expect more

The room is ok and strategic, but the place smells of cigarettes on the floor even though it's a non-smoking room, the bed is also a bit less sturdy.

Hopefully the next one can be much better. The hospitality still needs to be improved.

The paint is a bit dull, different from the photo.

The door is slanted, the bathroom floor is slippery and the drain is clogged, the bathroom light switch is strange, the AC is leaking, the room is a bit dusty, the hospitality is lacking.

Nice hotel, nice facilities, fast wifi. Very strategic location. Easy to find food. Close to Ciwalk Mall. Just right when the Venom movie came out, so I could watch it there. It's just a shame that Venom died. 😭.

Strategic location close to Cihampelas shopping tourism. The hotel is quite comfortable and clean. Hot water also works. But there is no elevator, have to go up and down the stairs.

It really doesn't match the photo, the information is that it has moved not from the previous location, and the room below is scary.

Cabang hotel sans yang seharusnya mayan bagus, ketika datang dan mau masuk malah punya firasat ga enak. Benar aja, ketika numpang ke toilet di lobby, malah melihat sesuatu yg ngak di flush. Di lobby berisik dan tidak ad lift untuk naik/turun. Check-in malah dpat kamar di UNDERGROUND. Baru buka pintu, kamar bau apek dan rokok yg sgt kuat. (Padahal informasi di booking page nya ada icon NON-SMOKING) Komplain ke frontdesk, ternyata semua kamar kondisi sama. Karena ga sanggup dg kondisi kamar yang begini berakhr PINDAH hotel. Hotelnya dlu hotel cihampelas 1, kemudian ganti nama. Seharusnya di BERSIHKAN, RENOVASI dan di PERBAIKI keseluruhan terlebih dahulu sebelum di buka kembali menjadi hotel sans. Lokasi si oke, tapi krn udh capek malah ketiban keadaan yang ga mengenakkan bawaannya jdi penuh komplain. Mo komplain hal lain tapi udh ga perhatiin karena udh fokus ke kamar. Intinya sih KECEWA dengan hotel sans cabang ini. Moga manajemen bisa memperbaiki apa yang d komplain.:)

Strategic location. Unfortunately the existing photos do not match the original. The room was dusty, and the floor was dusty when I checked in, it wasn't prepared beforehand, so I had to ask the staff to sweep the mop first. The TV uses a decoder but the broadcast is not smooth. The bathroom is dusty and the shower water is very small. Can't get a bath mat. I ordered a family room, and got 3 single beds, I asked for 2 to be combined into a double bed then 1 remained single, but only pushed together, not made into a double bed which is usually provided with joined sheets. Even the mattress heights are all different. Doesn't match the picture. The hallway was dark and dirty, there was a ceiling that looked like it was leaking. Cleanliness and tidiness does not match the photo. Not recommended for families.

Fotonya cerah banget lucu, tapi aslinya gak sih, suram. Yang bawa orang tua, atau ada sakit asma/jantung ati2 ini gada lift naik tangga smp lantai 3 bawa barang sih lumayan juga ya. Kamar kusam, ada bekas2 sarang laba2 nempel diatas plafon. Shower mampet kyanya, aer kecil kya grimis2 gt. Sarung bantal dekil bernoda. Selimut juga ada noda lipstik, hell yeah. Ini abis ada tamu check out di ganti apa gak ya?! Tidur pun jadi dialasin dlu pake baju2 karena ga yakin bersih gini. Sblm masuk kamar ada kaya are. Tamu ntah untuk tamu atau karyawan yg astaga brantakan kaya warkop d pinggir jalan banyak gelas bkas kopi. Lampu lorong suram agak spooky sih ya jdinya. 1 lagi perlu di ingat gada parkiran klo lagi rame, jd tar biar satpam/security/tkg parkir yg pindah2in. Untuk harga segini kayanya ketinggian deh, masih ada pilihan lain yg kayanya much better dr ini. Semoga bisa menerima kritikan biar jd masukan lebih baik k depan.

There were rats coming out of the toilet eating the trash in the room area, the amenities were incomplete.

Can't check in early, there's no elevator, the sound outside is too loud, the room glass is broken so you can peek in from the outside 🥲 from the bathroom you can also peek out 🥲 but the good thing is that it's really close to Cihampelas, you can walk 🫶🏻.
