Cons: - The receptionist was rude at check-in, especially the male one. He was even more so during the hot weather. - The security guard didn't help me carry my luggage to my room. Plus: - The other male staff member was very friendly when I didn't have my room key from the lobby. He sincerely helped me with the key and always had a smile on his face. - The other staff at breakfast were also friendly.

Surprised at the breakfast spread. In fact, I was recommended to this hotel chiefly due to its nice breakfast ambience, wide & roomy sitting plus very attentive & courteous crew. Had lunch & dinner. We were the only guests for meals. Recommend their soup buntut.

I came here for a short stay during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious, but the comfort rooms don't have windows, so if you're hoping for one, this isn't the right choice. Cleanliness is a bit less than satisfactory, but still tolerable. The food is delicious and varied for a budget hotel.
