It could actually be better. It's a bit pricey for the room I chose. The atmosphere is calm and cool. The food is pretty average. Well, it's not bad.

I found the location to be strategically located near the hot springs. The staff were friendly. The villa I stayed in was quite comfortable, but the swimming pool was poorly maintained.

I stayed one night at the Puspa Sari Hotel and my experience was less than satisfactory. My first impression upon entering the hotel was that it was quite dark and quiet, making it feel a bit eerie, especially at night. The rooms also appeared poorly maintained and could be improved. Some of the facilities appeared quite dated, making them less comfortable during my stay. Hopefully, the hotel will continue to maintain and upgrade the facilities to ensure a more comfortable and safe stay for guests.

The room was very "minimalist." If you're just transiting, it's fine for resting, but the hot water doesn't work, and the air is very cold. The staff is also slow to respond.

It was a success in 1990. The photo shows a swimming pool, but in reality, it's a mushroom pool and worn-out children's toys. The rooms smell, and the toilets should have exhaust fans. The TVs are tube-type, but there's no stand-alone TV.

Everything was fine, as it was an older hotel with no air conditioning. My other room didn't have hot water. It was near the Sari Ater hot springs.

Yes, because the hotel is quite cheap, around 250 thousand rupiah. It's an old hotel though... It needs some renovations here and there.

Visiting Sari Ater, we stayed here, it's close and the place is beautiful, the kids enjoyed walking on the grass and playing on the swings.

Booked 2 deluxe rooms. Spacious, clean rooms. TV is just for display, 1 room's water heater doesn't work, slow wifi probably because all the guests are sharing. The restaurant's food is delicious, lots of variety. Close to Sari Ater

Thank you for the umbrella, so we didn't get wet when we got out of the car. The bath water immediately went from hot to warm and then cold again. The kids wanted to swim in the hotel pool, but it was raining, so the cold was piercing their skin.

Friendly staff, strategic location, easy to reach from the main road. Please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room still has an unpleasant smell when we enter.
