The location is less than ideal. Staff friendliness needs to be improved; their smiles were flat and they lacked sincerity in serving guests. I stayed at this hotel for two nights, initially seeking a change from the Braga area. I booked a room via the app with breakfast for two adults and one 11-year-old child, and it was clearly listed on the app. During breakfast, we were reprimanded by the restaurant staff, who stated that the hotel system only allows two people for breakfast. My appetite immediately disappeared, and the breakfast menu was limited. Finally, after I showed proof on the app, the staff shrugged it off. The next thing I noticed was that we were checking out at 6:30 a.m., and the restaurant opens at 7. The front desk staff told us to go directly to the kitchen to request a packed breakfast box from the display. In other hotels, we've simply called the front desk for assistance with preparing a box, and they usually do. When I went to pick up my box in the morning, I went straight to the kitchen, but the staff couldn't pack it. It's recommended to eat in the restaurant. It's quite rare to have a hotel experience like this.

This hotel is the best... Close to everywhere in DU and the service is good and friendly.

The deluxe room was stuffy, had no windows, was dirty and dusty, the wifi was hard to connect, the hotel was poorly maintained.

The boiled peanuts and boiled bananas were delicious for a welcoming afternoon. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, fragrant, and clean. The location was excellent.

I've been staying here for two years for parental control. It's just a short walk to Borromeus Hospital. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very strategic place, close to everywhere. The room is comfortable, spacious, there is a sofa so you can sleep on it too, invite the children so their sleep is not cramped.

The location is great. The room, however, was a bit dim and not very clean. There was still dust on the table, and only one elevator worked.

Had a pleasant overnight stay at Namin, close to many places, the breakfast was quite good, but the hot water in the shower was only a little hot. The bathroom needs to be repaired so there are no more noises. It was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The staff are friendly and helpful with the check-in process. It would be better if early breakfast could be available from 5am even if it's just bread + cereal / milk

The location is very strategic, only minutes away from Dago, so it’s convenient to reach cafés, shops, and main roads. The overall ambiance feels clean and pleasant, and the facilities are sufficient. For the price offered, it’s definitely great value for money and a solid option for any type of stay.

The facilities are okay. The front office service is less than attentive. I arrived at the hotel around 2:48 PM to check in, but there was an issue with booking through Traveloka; their system hadn't yet added the voucher. There was no action taken to verify the booking with Traveloka, nor did they suggest waiting. Since I was bringing a fussy toddler, I couldn't wait, so I called Traveloka myself and they helped me. Traveloka CS was very helpful 💕
