The location is strategic, and the hotel is comfortable and fairly clean. The staff is unhelpful and often unfriendly. I tried calling the hotel by phone, but there was no receptionist. There was no microwave, even though it was an option when booking. I wanted to extend my stay by one day, but I didn't due to the lack of service.

Previously, this hotel had very bad service, but along with the change of employees, the service is now good, even though the interior of the rooms, such as the wooden floors, is worn out and needs repair, but the view of the hotel overlooking the sea is quite entertaining.

The receptionist was unfriendly. I was staying in room 1108. Why? They're picky. I'm the one paying for this hotel, because you see my style. My response was very blunt. When I was getting food at the reception, the water in the bathroom didn't work. Of all the hotels I've been to in Makassar, this one had the worst service.
