Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, cold AC, working TV, comfortable, not noisy, recommended.

Because the hotel is located next to the Pantura road, it is somewhat disturbed by the sound of vehicles.

The interior room is good, the bathroom is ok but there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. That's all, when checking in the receptionist was not there, had to wait a long time. The sink in the restaurant is very dirty and rusty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast as well.

actually this is not the first time I have stayed here, maybe more than 10 times I have stayed here. but this time I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the sheets which seemed to be used by other guests but were not changed because of the smell and my skin became itchy and bumpy, finally I asked the receptionist to change the sheets and they were changed immediately, then I could sleep comfortably. plus when I checked out to the receptionist at 12:10 minutes past 12 I was fined 10% of the room price for one night.

good, spacious parking, clean lobby, good service, delicious food or breakfast, there is a lift, roadside location close to culinary and market.

Everything is good, just please pay more attention to the bath water, which is for hot water, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

It's better to take a video when you last left the room. Because when you leave, there might be ceramics that come off or are intentionally removed to ask for a replacement. The karaoke sound that enters the room is also disturbing.

It's okay for the room, but the bathroom doesn't smell good because it's rich and crusty and a little dirty, because I got the 3rd floor, room number 301, so I'm afraid to go downstairs because it's very quiet. because the AC is sometimes very cold but sometimes very hot, because it's also stuffy because of the air ventilation and window jambs, so it's a horrible effect. Overall, other than that, it's 7/10.

Lift was out of order. Electrical system was down few times. No more welcome drinks. Internet didn't work properly. Including TV channel.

The staff is nice and friendly. But the room is stuffy and smelly with no air circulation. The bathroom is also smelly. There are still small mice running around in the dining room.

Sudah sering nginap di sini. Cuma kebetulan kemarin dapet kamar yang tidak ada saklar lampunya padahal saya tidak bisa tidur kalau tetang.

Keperluan dinas biasa nginap di sini saya nginap yang ke 3x nya tapi kali ini saya kecewa. 1. Biasanya dengan harga 246rb dengan kamar deluxe ternyata kali ini dapat kamar standar, oke ga apa-apa. 2. Pesanan ranjang besar dikasih twin berdebat dulu dengan manager akhirnya dikasih juga 1 ranjang besar. 3. Jam 12 check in karena ga ada kelengkapan hubungi reception minta sandal, pasta dan sikat gigi, karena belum diantar dan sempat ketiduran jadi jam 5 sore telpon lagi tapi cuma diantar sandal, katanya pasta dan sikatnya lagi kosong, oke karena ga ada persiapan dan biasanya dapet akhirnya beli ditoserba Yogya 200m dari lokasi. 4. Air panas ga berfungsi. 5. Sabun mandi cair cuma sedikit itupun dipencet-pencet ga keluar akhirnya ditumpain ke tangan. Dari awal udah ga enjoy jadi malas mau karaokean di bawah. Kelebihannya parkir luar, AC dingin banget, tempat strategis, ada hiburan room karoke nya receptionis dan security nya ramah dan bersahabat. Saran koordinasi yang baik aplikasi dengan pihak hotel jangan ada miss yang membuat pelanggan kecewa. Demikian pengalaman. Terima kasih.
