The staff are all friendly, the room price is quite cheap because the room is quite spacious, we booked the garden type, there is AC and a fan, the private beach is also clean although it is not suitable for swimming because they say it is deep and the waves are quite big but it is close to the next beach which is suitable for swimming, the food is also cheap.

This bungalow might be perfect for those seeking true seclusion. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach, but there's no other activity nearby, making it a bit boring and far from anywhere. The kitchen area is infested with ants (probably due to the plantation), and the bathroom is poorly maintained.

The bungalow is very spacious, perfect for a large family stay. The rooms are immaculate, with complete amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is friendly, polite, and responsive to guests' needs. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

Overall, it was okay. I arrived in the afternoon and was able to check in straight away. The staff was very helpful. The small swimming pool was dirty.

very good!!! but the breakfast was a bit slow because the guests arrived first.. the swimming pool was a bit dirty but because of the sand.. the rest was safe, everything was clean..

Saat kami datang. 11 orang. Bungalow yang kami pesan yang terjangkau di 3 br. Harga 1.7 juta via aplikasi. Begitu nongol langsung di tanya berapa orang pak?. Saya jawab 11. Bapak ngga bisa stay di 3 br kalo sebelas. Karena maksimal 6 orang. Jadi bapak harus bayar tambahan. Manager baru ini (saya tau dari pegawai beberes kamar). Namanya Andi. Mukanya asli ngeselin karena saya juga kesel baru sampe dari Jakarta. Kok gitu mas. Ya pa ini aturannya kalo ngga percaya saya telpon admin kantor katanya. Namanya Hana. Telpon diberikan ke saya. Dan simsalabin saya harus nambah 1.050.000. Karena dihitung orang dan nambah kasur berikut pindah ke 4 br. Hi. Ocean. Saya ngga sekali ya nginep di sini. Saya nggrutu curhat ke pegawai namanya saya lupa. Dan bener aja dia bilang mereka emang kayak gitu pa. Dulu aja pernah dibentak tentara masalah yang sama. Bu Neli. Pa Nicholas. Tolong perhatikan karyawan Andi dan Hana itu ya. Saya tidak akan lagi nginep di Ocean ini.

The place is quite comfortable, clean, minus there are no plugs in the room for 2 rooms, so it's hard to charge the cellphone if you lie down on the next bed, do you have a plug in the room, please hehe.

There are many things that need to be fixed. The location for going up/down the location is quite steep but there is no guide, even when you want to go up, the security leaves you, what if you run into a vehicle. Very dangerous. The service is very unsatisfactory, even seems ignorant and takes advantage of the moment. I deliberately ordered a 3BR which is in front of the pool so I can control the children while swimming, but instead I exchanged it for another room near the beach. With the reason that the room we booked was filled with someone else. The room is indeed bigger, but too big for us who are only 5 people and the majority of children. The rooms are old buildings, need to be repaired, the cleanliness is also lacking, both in the room and on the beach. The beach is not recommended for swimming, as it is steep and the waves are big. And also poorly maintained. The hotel environment is also not maintained, the grass is tall and not well organized.
