We were offered an upgrade to a pool-facing room and agreed. It turned out the pool access door was permanently locked. The front desk staff said the manager had the key. The door remained locked until we checked out. The bedroom and bathroom were poorly maintained. Dinner service at the restaurant was slow, as if there had been no preparation.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. However, upon check-in, the room couldn't be locked. As a result, I was moved to a second-floor room with a garden view. The lock, however, was a padlock, which doesn't reflect the 3-star hotel standard. There was a balcony door, but it wouldn't lock at first. After complaining, they finally gave me a key. The TV remote was broken. The AC wasn't provided with a remote. The bathroom had very little water. The toilet was dirty. The water for rinsing off was cut off when I went swimming. I booked for almost 700,000 Rupiah. It wasn't worth it for such amenities. Customer comfort was lacking. It was a real shame.

Everything was fun, but to play in the sand on the beach you have to walk first, not across from the hotel, but it's no problem, the family was happy to be able to stay there.

I got a room for 800 thousand rupiah, but the shower was very small, the toilet wouldn't flush, the room was very dusty and poorly maintained, the door wouldn't lock, and during breakfast, the staff told me I wouldn't get any food (even though it was included). For the price, I don't think it's worth it.

Good facilities and close to convenience stores

The toilet is not clean, the water does not flow into the drain so it pools on the floor in front of the door and there is no toilet freshener. When checking in, the bed sheets and blankets were dirty.

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the room and bathroom are dirty and smelly, the AC is leaking, there is no AC remote, stayed 2 nights, there was no routine room cleaning every morning like in most hotels. The advantage is that the staff are all nice, that's all.

The electric kettle leaked, the water spilled on the table, so it couldn't be used, the toilet was shaking, because some of it was broken. Choose a room with a View Poll, because there is a glass door so it's easy if you want to swim, it turns out it can't be opened, the wifi is really bad, the rest is just so-so, for that price the room is very unpleasant.

The bathroom shower only produces a small amount of water, the TV is blurry, and the remote control doesn't work and can't turn it off.

The staff is friendly, but the facilities are not so great. Disappointed. The door can't be locked, the guest next door plays music very loudly, not to mention the breakfast is already empty even though it's still 8 o'clock. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
