Overall, it was comfortable, but the amenities could be improved. We only had hot water in the bathroom once or twice during our stay, and even then, it lasted less than 5 minutes. Let's hope for another great year like in 2022.

When I go to Ambon, I always stay at Orchid, because it's close to MN2 and the hotel is clean.

Suitable for resting and doing activities as a guest, unfortunately there is no elevator facility. Because I got on the 3rd floor which is quite tiring if I have to go up and down, especially for the elderly. But other supporting facilities are okay.

The hotel staff was very friendly when I stayed for 1 day, the room was clean and spacious.
