I've arrived to check in and have arrived at the lobby, but the admin just canceled it, then informed me that the room was experiencing operational problems. My distance is very far from the location, I was very disappointed when I arrived. And my money has not been returned until now. Please be a trustworthy person

The staff at Wise Panorama are friendly, the check-in process is easy, the room is always clean and comfortable, two 500ml bottles of mineral water and two hotel soaps are provided, and one medium-sized towel is provided. The only bad experience is that three times before check-out time (usually 5-10 minutes before check-out) Wise staff have been knocking on the door to ask you to check out immediately.
