The place is comfortable, calm, the water is smooth and clean.

Reception is less communicative, because the AC complaint is very hot even though it has been turned on for hours but the reception is not responsive, the room is rather dirty & there are some dirty items. Breakfast is only finished at 8 & there is no guard (may have to standby from dawn).

The bathroom was smelly, the shower water was so small my urine was louder, the towel given was rather wet, the room smelled of cigarettes, I learned to stay at the hotel.

The hotel rooms lack lighting, are less clean, towels are available only if requested, food for breakfast is normal, rusty spoons.

When the power outage at dawn the hotel there was no preparation so that approximately 30 minutes the hotel was dark. And also at night at 1:00 in the morning it was too noisy from other guests and there was no initiative from the hotel to reprimand so as to disturb other guests. Hopefully the hotel can be more cooperative in the future so that guests' comfort is guaranteed. thanks.
