Air terbatas, bangunan kurang dirawat, staf hotel tidak ada 24 jam. Kamar hotel kurang dirawat tetapi pemandangan nya bagus.

Water often goes off. Hot water cooker is dirty. Bathroom is clogged.

Hotel sudah sangat tua. Banyak yang rusak. Closet rusak, kettle juga rusak, tv ga ada siaran, sprrei kotor saat baru masuk kamar, kolam renang tidak aktif, ac bocor. Untuk staff juga kurang koperatif. Saat d tanya jawaban nya malah “ya kamar kita memang seperti ini bu” hotel paling konyol. Nuansa yang saya kenal dulu tidak seperti ini.

Ke 4 kalinya menginap di sini, sayang sekali, resort nya bagus tapi maintenance kurang ☹️, suasananya tenang dan ada playground anak-anak, itu yang selalu bikin balik 😊, pas kesini air kolam kurang bersih, tapi sukur air panas hidup, pilihan sarapan ga banyak, ya standard hotel bintang 3 lah. Karyawan ramah-ramah.

Pemandangan sekeliling indah sekali, tapi bangunan hotel sudah tua dan tidak terawat, dan yang paling penting air sering mati hidup mati padahal karena suhu dingin kita jadi sering bolak balik wc, pas baru datang anak-anak mau renang tapi kolam renang kotor berlumut, di bilang besok sudah bisa, pas besoknya siang dah mau check out belom selesai juga dibersihin.

The accommodation is the same as seen in the pictures. It's comfortable and there is a large playground for children. Children enjoy playing in the playground. The cool atmosphere is very supportive for those of us who want to rest in peace. The parking lot is spacious and directly in front of the room. So it makes it very easy to move goods. It's just that yesterday the hot water didn't turn on.

Comfortable, just ask for hot water, because the weather there is super cold 😇.

A pleasant staycation with nature that is still very beautiful, very suitable for backpackers who like beautiful natural destinations. Recommended for those who like nature☺

The cottages are dirty and lack maintenance. Toilet water problem. Lack of explanation. For breakfast it's pretty ok. But the restaurant floor is dirty. Very much different from before. Hopefully in the future there will be more maintenance for the hotel.

Actually the resort environment is very good, the facilities are also very complete. But it's a shame it's not maintained and only operates rudimentarily. The room I stayed in was actually quite luxurious, spacious, but the contents were very worn and not maintained. According to the employee's explanation, they fell a lot during the pandemic, and are now trying to get back up.

It's a shame that the hotel is no longer maintained, starting from the rooms, bathrooms, and others that are no longer maintained, smell damp, even though the view is good. Hopefully it will be input for the hotel. Maybe it's because it's quiet so it's starting to not be treated 🙏🏻.

Old facility, poor maintenance, no option meals and breakfast.

The facilities are complete and comfortable for children. But not cared for. Like the rooms and others. Maybe because of the pandemic so there is a shortage of members. The rest, the kids like it.

This is the second time we ordered a superior cottage, the rooms are not maintained, the sheets are not proper, shabby, thin blankets, really concerned, even though the price is expensive, the sofa is dirty. The shower just flows like tap water. The bathroom's exhouse fan is broken so it smells bad. Wanting to walk outside is also not well maintained, a lot of garbage. Makes you uncomfortable, so hurry home. Thinking about coming back here. Oya. The food is not varied, when there is only rice cake, nas gor and green beans. Paid 50 thousand for extra. The good thing here is only the view of nature and the air. DISAPPOINTED.

The rooms are not clean, breakfast is not on schedule, it should be 7. At 1/2 8 there is still nothing.

Plus: Good View, Spacious Parking, Good Hotel Room, Good and Responsive Service, clean swimming pool. Minus: Cleanliness is not optimal, there is dust and small trash in the corners of the room that has not been cleaned.

The breakfast menu is small.

The closed bathroom doesn't work properly, the mattress is hard, and the sheets seem old. The breakfast is not good.
