It's comfortable and quite spacious. The service and other amenities are also good, and it's also close to Malioboro.

In the room, the TV is broken. Water pressure was turned down because the sink barely drains.

Unfortunately, when I stayed there, there was no hot water.

My first experience staying here, I was a little worried at first because I read reviews from other customers. Alhamdulillah, it wasn't as bad as they said. The hotel, priced at 200 thousand rupiah per night, was quite satisfactory, the room was clean with a soft double bed, very cold AC, clean sheets, and a well-functioning TV. For the standard toilet, there were a few yellow spots (no smell), the toilet seat and the water from the shower came out strongly. The location is also close to Malioboro/Zero KM. The hotel staff are friendly, and early check-out is possible. Oh yes, this hotel doesn't provide an elevator, so prepare your strength to lift your suitcases (for those whose rooms are on the 2nd/3rd floor).

The hotel is good for resting and is suitable for that price, hot water is available but waiting for it to heat up is almost 5 minutes, the bathroom is not very clean.

For the cheap price, it's okay... but improve the cleanliness of the room, there's a lot of dust and the bed sheets are no longer suitable for guests, they're sewn in the middle.

Dirty. Spiderwebs were found in the bathroom. Mosquitoes were plentiful. Towels were worn out. No soap, no toothbrush. The bed wasn't clean (it was itchy). The hotel lobby had dust all over the table. I wouldn't want to return.

Strategic location for tourist attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is very strategic, close to Malioboro Street and nearby are Indomaret, food stalls, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the hotel was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly, including the lobby, stairs, rooms, and bathrooms. The trash cans appeared to have never been cleaned, leaving a crusty mess. Perhaps they could pay more attention to cleanliness in the future.

The room is okay enough for fam, the bathroom needs more attention to cleanliness... Close distance to everywhere.
