There is a shuttle facility from the airport. The rooms are comfortable. Steady hot water, comfortable AC, not cold, not hot. Overall ok.

Wifi can not be used, the sink is broken, the rest of the room is nice and comfortable

Wifi does not match what is delivered. The hot water in the shower is also not okay.

Incidentally when I stayed at this hotel the first day in room 126 the wifi signal was not good (connect then lost the signal). On the second and third days I was moved to room 118, the WiFi signal was strong but maybe because there are many WiFi users, the internet speed is the fastest from midnight to dawn. Telkomsel signal is also not 4 aisles here. The shower used is either an old type design or something so that the shower is too spread (not to the body).

The room is dirty, there are termites.

The room air conditioner was hot, and when we moved rooms, the room was not suitable, and while we were in another guest room, we could enter the room with a different room key.

The hotel is good for the amount of money I paid. Also, the breakfast is delish.

The hotel is good, clean too. But the receptionist's face was too srius, so it seemed less friendly. The bathroom does not have a dry area, so it is as light as wet, all the floors are showered. But I am happy with the speed of customer request response. Overall great.

As per the photos and the atmosphere is quite pleasant access to several public locations smooth and safe as well as the breakfast menu which is quite satisfying.

The time in his room at the table was a lizard, WiFi was only up to the lobby, so the room vanished.

We checked-in on 27 March 2019 afternoon. Receptionist services must be improved again, especially girls. Increase friendliness and sincerity in service, aside from that, everything is in accordance with the hotel rates.

Smelly room, spotted towel, bad hospitality at the front office, they don't have one double bed for superior room, different from the advertisement in traveloka that that they have doubled bed for superior room so I needed tonipgrade to deluxe room, the breakfast is not good
