Masha Allah, you won't regret staying here, the room is nice, clean, the water runs smoothly, there is a refrigerator, water heater, table & chairs, a place to put your suitcase, a table for children or the elderly, a sofa bed, really complete with this price is really worth it... In Shaa Allah if I come back, my family will stay here again. All the staff here are also very friendly & welcoming... Thank you to Pacific Hotel & All the Crew 🙏🏻

Almost all of the hotel staff were friendly and polite, and they were quick to respond when we needed anything. Overall, this was the best hotel. I'll come back here again if I need anything.

Booked a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. The hot water wouldn't work, the faucet malfunctioned, and there was no soap.

Accused of staining the bedsheets even though they were there before. It was my fault for not reporting it right away, I should have videotaped it and asked for a change because I checked in late at night so I went straight to bed because I was tired, so I was charged. Then the check-out schedule was 12, but the receptionist had already called me at 10:00 AM to change rooms because the second night I changed room types and the reason was that the room was to be cleaned, couldn't the housekeeping clean up quickly? The check-in time for the next guest was also at 2:00 PM, there was time from 12:00-2:00 PM to clean the room. The hot water wasn't on, there was no soap either.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, everything was made easy, and they were very helpful. At first, I was a bit negative because it was the cheapest hotel compared to other hotels, and what about the pool facilities? It turned out that I planned to stay for just one night, but I ended up staying for four because the kids really enjoyed it. 💚

It's very comfortable, but there's never any bathroom soap. I often stay here every time I visit Ambon. The atmosphere is comfortable, but unfortunately, Gojek doesn't deliver to the front of the room.

The room I stayed in for 5 days, the AC was very bad, I repeatedly reported it to the technical staff, they were always indifferent... no attention was paid at all until the time of check out, the AC was not visited to be fixed...

It was very pleasant. Very clean.
