Stayed 3 nights comfortably and continued for another night.

I checked in at 23.00 WIB, thank you to the staff for being ready to receive guests. However, when we entered the room, we were not given towels, then there were lots of water marks and the AC was leaking as shown in the picture, until we had to collect the leaking water in the trash. The bathroom smelled bad before use. It seems like deep cleaning needs to be done. The good things can be improved, the bad things can be fixed again. Thank you and keep up the spirit!

The service was very good, coincidentally when I checked out I left my suitcase behind, I only realized it when I got home, as soon as I called the hotel, my suitcase was immediately secured.

The AC wasn't cold enough in the room I stayed in, because I was sharing a room with 3 people, hehehehe

The location is near the UNEJ campus, it's easy to find food, there are lots of food stalls in front of the hotel

The staff is friendly. But the hotel is not worth selling the rooms. The furniture is old and shabby. It's time for maintenance. The TV is broken, the hot water didn't turn on the first day, towels weren't given. There are still a lot of women's hair in the room. I don't recommend staying here.

When I go to Jember, I always stay here, because it is close to my child's boarding house and also close to the culinary center for students and hotel employees. All of them are nice.

Always come here every month because the location is strategic and the staff is friendly and responsive. Often extend when on business trips to Jember. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
