The room smells of cigarette smoke, there are no tissues, amenities are incomplete.

The security guard is nice, everything is easy.

Not bad for the price, strategic location

The AC is hot, the bed sheets are dirty, the Wi-Fi doesn't work.

The AC in the room is not cold enough.

The AC in the room I stayed in needed to be repaired, because it wasn't cold, tending to be warm, even though it had been changed to cool mode on the remote.

Sorry for the dust everywhere, if it was cleaner it would be very comfortable :)

Lampu tidur mati, tidak dapet keset kamar mandi, untungnya pegawainya mau membantu saat saya komplain. Hotelnya sepi dan sangat butuh improvement, walaupun lokasi strategis.

Interior tidak sesuai dengan yang di picture app, kamar mandi jorok, tidak ada keset tingkat kebersihan jelek kamar tidak bersihkan tidak di beri Refill air mineral pokoknya bad TV nggak nyala.

Pertanyaan saya. Apakah hotel ini ada GM nya atau autopilot. Maintenance cukup parah, sepertinya tidak pernah ada room inspection, mungkin staf housekeeping juga kurang, sarang laba-laba dimana-mana. Kamar cukup kotor dan kuno. Amenities alakadarnya, pun tidak ditata dengan baik. Semoga ada perbaikan, kasihan karyawannya kalau sepi.

It's clean, neat too, only there are some interiors that need to be repaired, such as the wallpaper that is already fragile, the toilet floor that is broken, and the window coverings that are not seen enough. The rest is just fine.

4 4 Rooms with 2 different tickets, for family event. First ticket was for 2 twin rooms, the second ticket was for 2 deluxe rooms. When our group of 8 arrived, the hotel said we only got 2 rooms (the 2 twin rooms) meanwhile, I've paid full for 4 rooms, and we had 2 issued tickets active on the app, and none of them are cancelled. The front desk staff insisted that we only booked for the twin rooms. We even showed the itinerary tickets and payment receipts to the staff, with the amount of money we've paid and everything. They had no record of the deluxe rooms booking, how is that unprofessionalism possible? After the heated arguments, we got all the 4 rooms in the end, but their bad booking record system and the staff's bad attitude gave us really unpleasant experience.

Poor service, unfriendly, toilet has no odor wipes. Far from where to eat. Anyway, far away everywhere.

The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, next to Alfamart, only the drawback is the bathroom is rather dim.

There are security who speak and are very disturbing guests. Stay lazy if the security is so, there is no soup.
