Great location although service was completely lacking with no attention to detail. One of the best snorkeling spots and no information given to guests at all. We only found out about the underwater statues on our way out.. There is a board recommending you go another location up the road to snorkel be warned it is trap to take you to the dive shop.. We went there and no one was at the dive shop so went for a snorkel as recommended to nothing at all .. there was no underwater wall .. a lot of wasted time.. The staff and organisers seem very disorganised to be honest. Long time waiting to check in and waiting for food. The deluxe rooms were ok, AC was good.. disappointing that shower ms had no water pressure or real heat at all. Great view from the room I stayed in not suitable for anyone who is not able to climb stairs. Free breakfast was very simple and for free it was ok. The scrambled eggs on toast was a bit funny more like egg sandwich.

Great location and hospitality. However need to improve on food facilities especially toilet

WiFi it can not be used when I am interested in staying at this hotel because there is wifi and close to the beach.

That was really nice. The crew was really nice to all guest.
