The room was spacious and clean, and quite comfortable. The staff was also friendly. Overall, it was okay.

Very comfortable. Centrally located, comfortable environment, plenty of coffee shops nearby, close to Oro2 Dowo market, and friendly staff. The only downside is the bathroom; the floor looked dirty and the pillowcases were yellowing. Overall, comfortable and decent.

It's booked for my parents and I'm glad they're so happy staying although only 1 night before moving to another place to stay. I hope someday I can go back to this place again.

Staff are too nosy about customers' personal matters, asking this and that which is none of their business.

The reception staff were truly annoying. We were asked where we were going, even though it was just a guest matter. We were still being watched even in the parking area. Then, the mattress felt like it had small insects crawling all over it, and we ended up itching all over. That same night, we checked out and moved to another accommodation.

Clean room, drinks provided, clean bathroom with hot water and shower.

Sorry, the review is a bit honest, it's not worth it for a room priced at around 300, the facilities are inadequate, there's no water heater, shampoo and the facilities are just okay.

There was another guest who was quite noisy in the lobby laughing and disturbing my privacy right in front of my room. Next time the staff will reprimand him. The others were very good. I can come back here again.
