The pool was dirty. The room was dark, with only dim lighting. The cupboard was broken. The bathroom lacked soap, shampoo, and towels. The carpet was dirty.

The hotel is old and can be said to be no longer operational (sorry), the building is damaged everywhere, the room view is horrible, the lobby is horrible, the pool is dirty and mossy, the water in the room is murky, the TV is broken/infested with ants like it's back in 1945, there is no wifi, the room's AC is hot, the lobby is hot, the hotel smells, the room is clean, the food is quite good but the choices are very limited.

The driver charged 20,000 Rupiah for airport pickup, which should have been 10,000 Rupiah. Room amenities were incomplete. The air conditioning was hot, and the lobby smelled bad. Staff wasn't available in the morning when I checked out.
