The hotel is located very close to the Baiturrahman Mosque. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's close to Baiturrahman Market. Parking is very adequate.

The price was very good for breakfast, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was friendly and kind, and I was allowed to check out at 2:00 PM because it was Friday. Unfortunately, the room smelled like a public toilet. Every few minutes, air leaked from the toilet hole, making a loud, disturbing sound, along with the distinct smell of a toilet/septic tank. The sounds of people outside the room filtered in, disrupting my sleep.

My wife and I are from Sulawesi and stayed here for an event. The hotel's location is quite strategic, there are two buildings... the old and new buildings, I happened to stay in the old building on the second floor. The shower was a bit mossy and the toilet was too old, maybe it should be serviced and cleaned. What I felt most uncomfortable was the AC, it seemed to have a timer so every 1-2 hours it automatically turned off and it was quite disturbing to sleep, but I didn't complain to the receptionists because I was too tired. I've stayed here three times during my trip home to Aceh. I was upgraded to a deluxe room yesterday. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is clean and tidy. I'll be back here again, God willing, next time I go home. Thank you.
