I have stayed here countless times, every time I visit Bukittinggi I always stay here.

overall is good. but there is no iron for clothes. not a laundry service, but there is no iron for clothes. so when I want to go out for a walk tomorrow, my clothes are a bit wrinkled. different rooms even though they are the same type. our room uses centralized air conditioning, but the other room has air conditioning that can be turned on and off. it was very cold that morning but the air conditioning could not be turned off. shivering after taking a shower.

The service was good. The room was attractive, but please check the AC; it wasn't cold enough. We ended up changing to a new room.

Check-in was easy. The room was clean and close to the Clock Tower. The kids loved the swimming pool. Breakfast was varied.

Breakfast tasted like delicious Padang fried rice. The location is right in front of the mosque and close to culinary attractions. Very convenient.

The standard rooms are spacious, let alone the higher-end rooms. Although the building is old, it's still comfortable. The service is friendly. There's a mosque just across the street, just a short walk away. So the guys can pray there. The swimming pool is also clean.
