stuffy room, small space, no TV, noisy AC, lots of bee nests on the walls...repent and won't go there again

Thank you, hopefully this Grand Hotel will be able to fight and retain loyal employees and become even more successful.

The hotel atmosphere is horrible the hallway is narrow the room area is stuffy and the AC doesn't work the ceiling is full of spider webs the breakfast has no variety, only 3 types hopefully it will improve in the future

It's not bad for a place to stay.

When I entered the room, there was a dead rat and several cigarette butts scattered around, as if it hadn't been cleaned, and there was even gecko droppings on the mattress.

Friendly hotel staff. Strategic location. Rooms are not very clean, there are spider webs in the room & toilet. Breakfast menu options are only 1 side dish, 1 stir-fried vegetable, fried noodles, & 1 chocolate pudding, no other menu, but the taste is good & the restaurant staff is friendly.

The hotel's cleanliness is lacking, especially the beds.

I used to stay here and it was nice, but now the hotel is a bit dirty and the breakfast menu is just basic.

The staff are friendly and polite, the food served is delicious and fresh even though the menu variety is limited.

Improve cleanliness, comfort, and the AC must be cooler.

It's a shame that the location is strategic but the hotel is not maintained, the hotel concept and layout are old model, the rooms don't have windows like they're in boxes, the TV is still a tube model and even that is broken, what's worse is that there are customers who are rioting in the next room which disturbs the comfort of other customers but there are no calming efforts from the hotel

Disappointed at the receptionist, I asked to print out a payment receipt which was not served with the reason that it was not possible because the reservation was via apps (by Room Guest no. 304 check in/out on 5/6).

The sound of the AC is noisy, that's it, the AC can't be turned off, I've contacted the staff, tried repeatedly using different remotes but it still doesn't work. Asked to change rooms, they were told the others were full. Dirty sink, TV won't turn on. A bit disappointed 😑

The room is a little dusty. But everything else is really good, the hot water is really nice when taking a shower.

Comfortable accommodation at standard prices.

There is no trash can in the room. And there are no tissues in the room.

Ada harga, ada kualitas. Poin plus: Staf hotel ramah, pelayanan bagus, makanan enak. Poin minus: Kebersihan kamar tidur dan kamar mandi, fasilitas yamg kurang, dan kurang menarik.

The room is at the very end. It's like that, the sound of the AC is really loud and can't be repaired, making it difficult for people to sleep. After that, it was like the sound of someone walking in flip-flops. Very Anker.
