I've been a regular at this hotel for its affordable prices, excellent service, and strategic location. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. When I wanted coffee in the morning, the receptionist informed me they were out of coffee. It might be better to prepare more for such situations.

For a budget hotel, it's recommended. The AC could be checked again, it's not cold enough, just average, but overall it's comfortable.

Suitable for a family with 2 children, especially if one of the family is allergic to dust, so they really look for a hotel with clean reviews and no previous complaints. When I arrived at Hotel Pantes and entered the room, surprisingly, the floor was very clean, there was no sticky or slippery mop marks, no cigarette smell, the bed linen was all clean. Really top compared to similarly priced star hotels. In front of the room there is a water dispenser, close to Simpang Lima. Maybe the distance is not as strategic as Simpang Lima. But the road is not congested at all.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning was cool. There was only one place for amenities, either soap or shampoo, as there was no label.

Hotel staff: Friendly & fast at check-in, flexible room transfers. Housekeeping: Prompt and helpful. Room cleanliness is okay with the budget, there are 2 pillows, and then a free drink is provided. Central location, find food by walking downstairs there is a minimarket and small snacks. Overall okay, will return to this hotel if in Semarang.

The hotel's location is quite good, as it's close to St. Elizabeth Hospital, where I was headed. The staff is friendly, and the air conditioning is cool. However, the room and bathroom could be cleaner. The price is very affordable.
