Staying here is quite comfortable, but unfortunately the room is a bit cramped and poorly maintained even though I took the deluxe one. The breakfast is quite varied and the place is comfortable.

For this it is very unfortunate, when checking in there is no meal coupon, forced to ask for it first, when entering the room, many facilities are not there, even though the deluxe room is for 2 people, there are no bath towels, mats and sandals at all, when asked for it took a long time to be provided, even though the towel is like a damaged towel, the edges of the thread are already unraveling, only 1 drinking water, only 1 spoon. When eating, there is no choice of food for sahur, what is the difference between breakfast and sahur, it should be the same, even though sahur is at the Grand Royal Denai, the condition of the room is also damp, the paint is uneven, there is messy putty. Please improve the service and facilities, even though I have stayed here several times.

I am very grateful to the staff at Royal Denai View. The story is that my child's shoes were left in the hotel lobby. However, I only realized it after arriving home, which is three hours from the hotel. The shoes were not ordinary shoes, but therapeutic shoes prescribed by a doctor and my child must wear them. I contacted the hotel and fortunately the shoes were handed over by the guest who found them to the hotel staff. I am very grateful and impressed because the staff I contacted were very friendly. They even helped send the shoes to my house. While the package had not arrived, I asked several times and the staff still answered very friendly. I am very grateful and will never forget this kindness

The TV is really old. The others are great.

At first I was hesitant, because I had seen reviews saying that the employees were unfriendly, but it turned out not to be true, the service was good, and the employees were friendly. It will be my next choice if I travel to Bukittinggi again.

It was a great stay here. I plan to stay here again next Eid.
