The facilities are complete, the service is very friendly, and the food is very varied. The room with a pool and city view was really cool. However, when we stayed in the top floor room, the sound of footsteps was really loud. Overall, it was great. I'd definitely come back here again on vacation.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and tidy, the facilities are okay, the only thing lacking is the soundproofing of the room in the middle of the night, if there is a loud noise from the next room, it can be heard very clearly.

It was a great stay at this hotel, the service was good, the bed was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The room design is quite dated, but comfortable. The TV could be upgraded to a smart TV for more channel access. The food at the hotel is delicious, but you'll need to prepare a little extra if you order something other than breakfast. The pool area should have staff on standby to help guests (borrow towels, direct guests, etc.) Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

Good service.. Friendly, spacious room for prayer

Thanks to Traveloka, I wanted a staycation because I wanted to relax from the routine, booked on Traveloka at 5:00 PM for the Royal Kuningan Hotel, got a special price, the Royal Hotel is the best choice, every month there are new innovations in breakfast, this month there are traditional herbal drinks and cakes, thank you to Mr. Yucky who is always friendly, and earlier at breakfast, I met old friends and distant relatives, next time I want to have a reunion at the Royal Hotel, thank you Royal Hotel, it became a place to meet old friends, success and more variants in the restaurant and thank you to all the family staff starting from check-in, swimming pool staff and restaurant staff 🙏🙏

The bathroom leaked and smelled. There were cockroaches in the room. Breakfast took too long to be refilled. Many of them ran out. The service was a bit slow.

have stayed here several times before the covid era but there were no changes and improvements to the facilities. the tv is still the old model and blurry with only a few channels. the wooden floor is also worn out and dirty. the towels are also a bit shabby...
