The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with every step of the process. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, with top-notch amenities. However, the only tissues provided were in the bathroom. It would be a good idea to provide tissues on the room's desk to avoid the hassle of running back and forth for them.

Overall it's really good, the view, the location, the room is really spacious, everything is complete except for the soundproofing. I got room 1017 around the hallway, it was really noisy at night, I don't know maybe there were rooms that weren't opened or what, I don't understand, but it disturbed my rest time. Plus the room above it seemed like there was always the sound of things falling, chairs shifting, it was really noisy. For the food, it was really good, lots of choices. I booked with breakfast, when I checked in on Saturday I got a free all you can eat barbecue night, I thought it was wrong, but the guy said it was included. Overall, the service was good, the parking security guard was very helpful.

A hotel with a classic modern concept that feels luxurious yet affordable. Very comfortable, the food is quite delicious, the location is very strategic and easy to get around. The waiters and waitresses are attentive to guests who are having breakfast. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the security only opens the door for officials who might be holding events at the hotel, hehehe. Thank you very much.
