Clean, the food is delicious. Close to everything.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facilities were decent, with free pool access, but the pool was sometimes very crowded during swimming classes. The air-conditioning wasn't that cold, but it was fine. Another thing, the shower spray was a bit of a surprise, haha. I don't know why I tried calling the restaurant several times but there was no response.

The FO hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and soundproof, the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and is close to the city.

Staff: Friendly/security is not very quick to direct guests, maybe only 1 person is on duty. Location: Plus, close to the city center looking for culinary, but in front of the hotel there is delicious fried rice. Comfort: So-so (room lacks charging plugs, bathroom is quite clean but hot water takes 10-15 minutes to wait). Food: I didn't try it because when checking out at 7 am and the staff didn't remind me/inform the staff about boxed rice. Overall it's so-so but if you go to Madiun and want to find a hotel with a budget of 350 thousand (weekdays) it's okay because it's close, just walk to the town square.

Clean room, responsive staff, need additional water heater for making drinks where coffee/tea is provided but there is no heater.

It's comfortable, but it's not soundproof enough, if you want to do karaoke, feel sorry for the people outside.

Overall, the accommodation was comfortable, very good value during peak season, the room was large, suitable & comfortable for my family of 6 people. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, in the middle of the city although it is a bit of a detour & tucked away. There are many rooms & ample parking space, the atmosphere is quiet, not much traffic passing by. Because it is an old hotel, it needs attention to the maintenance of the room facilities & hotel amenities as well as improving the cleanliness and breakfast menu. The service from the hotel & restaurant staff is good & friendly. It will be our hotel of choice if we have to stay in Madiun City again.

Comfortable, there is a lift so it is not difficult to carry things up and down the stairs.

should have been given proper soap, not just a small bar of soap in the suite room. also no water heater. I would rather have a water heater than be given packaged drinks

The towels looked really dirty and seemed old. Hopefully, the hotel will pay more attention to guest comfort in the future. It's been a real shame having stayed here several times.

Close to the city center. You get a spacious room for a reasonable price. Secure parking is available.

Holiday with family and nostalgia

New Year's Eve staycation here, the room is okay, there are many food variations, there is turmeric and tamarind jamu, porridge/dawet 😬

When checking in, because they arrived early, they were very helpful, and we were finally allowed to swim first. The business class room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was okay, no odor, and both the water heater and toilet flush worked well. I liked the cold AC. The food was not varied, some of the food was a bit stale. I think it needs to be improved. Only the fried noodles were okay, in my opinion. 🙏🫰 The swimming pool was okay, kid-friendly, and it was a fun family vacation. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast. Thank you

Distance from the city center, clean environment, easy access to spacious car parking, clean and comfortable bedroom bathroom, spacious room size 30m2 because we stayed in the Family room with 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed, the room position directly faces the parking lot, for breakfast there are many menu variations, only the staff serving are only 3 people and there are many guests staying, often the food refill is a bit slow so you have to wait.
