The hotel is very poorly maintained,,,, there is a lot of dust starting from the lobby to the surrounding area.... basically it is dirty... the hotel atmosphere is like an old building that is rarely occupied,,, next time look for another good hotel

The room was beyond expectations. I've stayed at this hotel before. I could have gotten a regular hotel room. But after booking through Traveloka, we were given a room unlike any we'd stayed in before. It wasn't a regular room anymore, but a disappointing room. It felt like a spare room for when the hotel was full. A suggestion might be to give rooms like this a separate price from the other regular rooms. Because the price doesn't reflect reality. Whether it's Traveloka's policy or the hotel's... What's clear is that I won't be staying at this hotel again. 👎🏼👎🏼

When I entered the room, the floor was dirty with lots of shoe marks, so I had to wear sandals the entire time. There was no remote on the TV, and when I asked the staff, it turned out it wouldn't turn on. The bed sheets were stained, towels had to be requested, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and there were no slippers. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future to attract more tourists.

The breakfast menu is very bad, the night staff at the hotel are very unfriendly.

The shower needs to be replaced because it's worn out. The bed should also be replaced with a new one because the plywood is loose. The TV broadcast is blurry, aka unclear. The AC is good. Please prepare the breakfast menu as well as possible because sometimes guests who are late for dinner don't get breakfast.

The staff/receptionist was not friendly as if there was a problem. I booked through Traveloka but the receptionist was not sincere because there was a price difference. Finally I was given a damp room, when the door was opened there was a cockroach.

For a hotel that costs 500 thousand rupiah per night, the quality is very very bad! It's more like a haunted house. The receptionist service is also very unfriendly, asked if there were other rooms because they gave me a super dirty room, instead they answered rudely "just look at it, it's full, if there were any, they would have given it a long time ago". Very not recommended. My advice is, rather than staying here and being disappointed, it's better to just book o*o or r*d do*rs

Parking is difficult because it is limited

The hotel is close to souvenir centers and beach recreation areas. Unfortunately the parking space is narrow.

Strategic location, service is good, the bed sheets can be changed and they are too old and dull 🙏 the food is delicious, the waiter is ok, the comfort is ok.

The receptionist was a big guy, very unfriendly, I only asked for slippers for the room, his answers were not ordered yet with a rather grumpy tone. The room was dirty, no slippers provided, the TV broadcast was not good, the room was damp, no sink, the lobby was hot, the breakfast was not interesting, the plugs were far away, the blanket was as thin as my patience. 2 Plus, the hot water worked and the AC was cold.

The location hotel is strategic. But the ambience of this hotel is not my expectation. The light in lobby and corridor was not bright. Remang remang. Dan banyak yang merokok di lobbi dan ruang makan sementara ruangan ber AC dan tertutup. Saya yang tidak merokok jadi sulit untuk duduk di lobbi dan tempat makan. Mungkin ini jadi masukan ke depan buat pihak hotel.

Disambut sama reseptionist yang gak ramah, ruang tunggu panas gak ber AC, lift juga banyak bercak-bercak seperti kurang terawat, tidak dikasih wifi, sendal, shampoo, kamar mandi kotor, banyak sisa rambut di dinding, kamar bau kurang sedap. Hanya tempat saja dekat dengan pantai.

The old hotel is not well maintained, even though it is a 3 star, I'm tired of staying here, the rooms are smelly, the bathrooms have lots of small animals like caterpillars.
