The AC was hot, the room was outdated. The water felt oily. Taking a shower felt like my skin was slippery. There was no Wi-Fi. Breakfast was scheduled, but when I arrived on time, the food was already sold out. I paid for extra food for my two children, but most of the food was already gone and not refilled.

The room was clean, comfortable, the prayer room was large, only the breakfast was not very comfortable, maybe because there were many visitors so the food and cutlery ran out, you had to wait for the next one and the restaurant was next to the swimming pool (access to the children's pool was through the restaurant) so it was not very comfortable and the floor was always wet... Poor staff, they were having a hard time.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite tasty. The rooms were nice, but the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. The swimming pool was fun; the kids loved it, as it had privacy and was also great for those wearing hijabs.

Will come back to stay here again, because I haven't got a swimming schedule at the private pool, top notch for a hotel, cheap price, pretty good facilities.

I like to go to a hotel that is friendly and comfortable for children, the first time I saw the reviews and videos I really liked it so I immediately booked it, but after arriving it was very uncomfortable. The first was the check-in time, which was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, it was delayed to 4:45 PM, and that was after I had to keep standing in front of the reception desk, fortunately it was helped by a welcome drink which I think was an initiative from the staff who saw that we were all too tired with the check-in problem and the friendliness of the staff who even in the hot weather still gave a smile. Secondly for the private pool, even though there was a written schedule, many people still entered outside the schedule, I hope the staff can be a little more aware of the schedule. Hopefully this review can help the hotel so that in the future they can be better in handling problems in the field.
