The location is near from everywhere

everything is okay & recommended, only 1 thing is bothering me: the single bed is actually 2 twin beds side by side, what's worse is that the blankets are also twin for both beds... so my wife and I can't sleep under one blanket, even though we checked in early in the afternoon 😁😁😁

the hotel is located close to Malang Kota Baru station, close to Klojen market, cannot check in early, arrived at 13.30, the room was ready at 14.15, it took quite a long time to wait, initially when we arrived in the lobby the AC was not turned on, when we requested it was turned on (it was a bit strange), the lighting in the room was not bright enough (there were only 3 small yellow lights, if you use a laptop it was not bright. next time you can add lighting, there is no hair dryer, but you can request it. the staff is friendly. overall ok

The staff is friendly and responsive, the rooms are comfortable and there is street food around the hotel, it is close to the station and other tourist attractions.

VERY DISAPPOINTED NOT WORTH IT. Check in at 3, I asked if I could check in before that but they said it was possible, I was already at the hotel at half past 1, they said the room was still being prepared, waited for 2.5 hours to enter the room, it's the same. If you can't check in before 3, just say so, don't say you can and then be told to wait that long, even though other guests have already checked in, the reason is because I booked a large room, even though it's not that big, it's just ordinary, not worth it for me to pay 800 thousand. Is it because I came wearing clothes from the mountains, wearing a carrier with a shabby face? Because the ones with suitcases who looked like bosses were let into the room first. During breakfast and when I ate alone there were no employees, even though there were some who saw me at the reception but it was normal, but when there was a family (3 people) eating, they were immediately busy being served, given eggs and then given new fruit. Not friendly haha judging the employees, it's been unpleasant since check in. And this is not a personal assessment, it is a joint assessment of my friends who also stayed here.

There is no information that the breakfast is a la carte, I thought it was a buffet like other hotels but it wasn't. Very disappointing and the taste was not at all good for all the dishes.

Overall the hotel is comfortable, only 1 day before check out the hot water in the bathroom did not work. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable.

fast check in check out, deposit 50,000,-. furniture seems old but all clean. toiletries are quite complete. only on the shower the hot-cold water knob seems broken, making it difficult to adjust. if not right, everything becomes hot, including water for defecation. breakfast is not selective, but prepared per portion: rice, fried chicken, noodles, mushrooms, vegetables, eggs, crackers. buffet: coffee, tea, fruit, bread, cereal. the coffee is quite good, there is milk. limited parking in front and basement, but there are officers to help with parking. good location in the city center. near the hospital.

Stayed at Same Hotel Malang because the access was very close to the Grand Pavilion RSSA, the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel atmosphere was quite calm.
