There's only one toilet in the room that doesn't close properly and the breakfast lacks variety... otherwise it's good.

Always stay here because it is comfortable and clean.

Overall is good, always stay here for work trips in Borneo.

Anyway, I don't regret staying at this hotel.

It's one of my favorite hotels when I go to Balikpapan... the rooms are spacious... the AC is cold and it's close to everywhere.

Highly recommended, great value, great rooms, and very friendly service. The food is delicious for breakfast, and it's a great way to fill your stomach.

Deluxe or superior rooms are usually in older buildings, and their AC is also outdated. While the rooms are spacious, the outdated AC doesn't match the room's condition; it doesn't cool the room well. If you want better conditions, opt for a suite. Breakfast is outrageous for that price.
