Room 305's AC isn't cold enough during the day!

from a deposit of 100 thousand to make money for them, it is very detrimental to customers, trying to find our mistakes to get 100 thousand is extraordinary, so I really do not recommend reddoorzplus@tb simatupang

Don't expect too much, Bath room is not clean, and creepy vibe. we sure that you can do better.

The staff is friendly, the AC is cold, but the walls look damp and need to be painted again to make them look neat, some of the door handles are also loose.

Needs serious renovation & repair to make it more suitable as a place to stay. The room is very dirty & uncomfortable to live in.

The location is very strategic, the staff is not friendly, the cleanliness is lacking (like under the bed is very dirty), some of the room lights are off so it's dim.

The room quite spacious, the things that could improve is the maintenance of the plumb, and things inside the toilet.

It's quite worth it for the price, only the toilet is a bit dirty and the AC leaks onto the floor, overall it's good for the price offered.

Next time I will stay here again, thank you for the friendly staff.

The receptionist is not very friendly, if you stay more than one night there is no room cleaning and drinking water is not provided unless requested.

Sangat buruk, pelayanan tidak ad sama sekali, kita sudah pesan 3 kamar hotel, kamar nya kotor semua, muali dari seprei, lantai, bau asap rokok, toilet kotor, customer service tidak tersedia, sangat buruk, kita ga jadi nginap di sini, dan ga bisa refund, parah banget nih hotel.

Berasa nginep di rmh sendiri, pegawai ramah, dekat dengan penjual makanan, ada gazebo di taman bisa buat tempat ngelamun, kamar bersih, sarapan dikirim ke kamar nasi kotak dan dapet jatah 2 orang meskipun yang inap cuma sendirian, lumayaan banget. Apalagi masakannya enak. Kalau mau kamar dibersihkan tinggal info aja ke resepsionis, early check in baru boleh jam 11 siang dan nambah 100rb. Kalau ada kesempatan saya akan menginap lagi di jasmine suite.
