The room was noisy from the AC fan, and the window view was of the AC fan. It was poorly maintained, with the pillowcases stained and smelly. The AC was incredibly hot, even though it was supposed to be an executive suite.

At 11:12 a.m., the hotel confirmed whether I wanted to extend my stay or check out. I chose to check out. At 11:15 a.m., the electricity in my room went out. I contacted the hotel to have it repaired immediately as I was preparing to check out, but by 12 p.m., it still hadn't come back on. After packing and leaving the room, I saw that the electricity in the rooms around me was back on. I was truly disappointed with the hotel's way of evicting their guests.

I've stayed here twice and highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's close to everything. The only thing that needs improvement is paying attention to small things like the soap dispenser, which was often left empty, and the breakfast menu could be more varied. 🙏

The location is quite close to Setukpa, and also close to mochi souvenirs. The hotel offers adequate facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, playground, and bicycles for exploring the area. If you're bored, you can visit the rooftop cafe, which also offers live music on Saturday nights. The staff is quite helpful.

Breakfast was at 7:30 AM. When we arrived, the food was already sold out. We waited about 40 minutes for a refill. Overall, it was okay, except for the breakfast time.

The bathroom was incredibly dirty, as if it had never been cleaned, especially the drain. The room was also dirty around the bed and wardrobe. Was it because of efficiency measures that reduced the number of cleaning staff? The price was high for such facilities and quality.

The food is delicious, the place is comfortable and not noisy even though you take it from the front balcony.

The room was spacious, the air conditioning was cool, the staff was friendly, and the food was quite varied for the price, though it seemed a bit salty. The bathroom took a while to flush when we first arrived, but it was fine the next morning.

Check-in took a long time... but Mba Salwa and Mba Dona helped. BTW, there is a dispenser on each floor so you don't need to buy drinking water. There are bicycle facilities too but it's confusing because of the big road. There are many places to eat around the hotel, and there is also a souvenir shop in front of the hotel. I wanted to swim but the pool was dirty, hopefully if I go to Sukabumi I can come back to Fresh Hotel to swim again.

The pool wasn't open in the afternoon, as it was being cleaned. So, it wasn't open until 8 a.m. the next morning. The shower wasn't very warm. Ordered food from the rooftop cafe, but the satay was tough.

Overall, it's worth the price.

+ Room size is good, AC is cold, room doesn't smell, check-in is fast. - No refrigerator (there is one but it's empty, meaning there was one previously), hot water is minimal and tends to be cold, sheets are worn and stained, and the mattress sinks when you sit on it. The price isn't cheap.

The staff are very friendly. The service is excellent. It's clean and comfortable. The executive room is highly recommended.
