The hotel is affordable and very close to Pandan Carita, just a 3-minute public transportation ride away. It offers a great view of the main road, and I happened to get a room on the second floor. If you're in Carita, it's a great place to stay. The breakfast is also delicious, served hot. The staff are also quick to serve you when you ask for a bucket. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room; it was a little dusty and poorly maintained.

Thank God, the inn staff is friendly, the people around the inn are also friendly, the parking attendant is also friendly. The breakfast is quite good, according to my taste, and in my opinion it's delicious. Close to the beach, and close to the road so it's easy to find transportation. Close to food stalls too. Complete facilities, there's a swimming pool, and a children's play area. Worth it for that price 👍🏻.

Please fix the hot water system, and please provide footwear upon entering the room so you don't get dirty when climbing onto the bed. 🙏

My experience staying here wasn't great, which is understandable considering the price. I stayed here because there was an event nearby. I found the staff unfriendly, the door was very difficult to lock from the inside, and the windows were very difficult to hinge. You can see that in the photos. Cheap near the beach, there are mattresses and pillows.

1. At check-in, we weren't informed that the double bed rooms were full, so when we opened the room, we got two single beds. That felt like a big deal. The room was in front of the smoking area, even though we'd booked non-smoking. When we were about to go downstairs to complain, the man on duty had already come up. I said, "I booked a double bed, sir." He said, "The double beds are out of stock, so please put them together." (It's actually okay if they're out of stock, but they should have been put together when guests arrived.) 2. The toilet, the toilet was incredibly dirty 🙂. For me, who works in housekeeping, I feel like I'm not using the toilet 🥲. Even the bedposts were dusty, as if they'd never been dusted. As for the wooden cabinets, they'd probably be better off just removing them and painting them to make them look better. 3. The swimming pool was incredibly dirty 😀😀. It was obvious how dirty the pool was. It's a shame that the facilities aren't well maintained. The only pluses are: 1. The location is strategic, right across from the beach. 2. You get breakfast for two people for around 300 rupiah. Hopefully, the cleanliness will be better maintained in the future. It's a shame that the place is nice, and the building isn't that old, but the cleanliness is so lacking. Sob, it's sad that it's not well maintained 🥲🥲🥲

The location is quite strategic, but the service could be friendlier and the rooms could be cleaned better. My first experience was a less than ideal room: the air conditioning wasn't cold, the water was low, and the bathroom was small. After complaining, we were able to get a replacement room.

Suite room. The AC is cool, the water heater is good, the lights are a bit dim, but the room is spacious, and the smart TV works well. I'll stay here again next time.

The hotel's main advantage is that it's located on the main road, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of food stalls, minimarkets, and local food stalls. The beach is just a short walk across the street. The restaurant is conveniently located in the lobby area, so you can order coffee while you wait for bed. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and everything is honestly delicious (I'm sure other guests agree). The room is quite clean and well-equipped, with two bottles of water, two towels, and toiletries. The TV and AC are very cold. If you need instant noodles or coffee, hot water is available in the lobby. Cons: The bathroom was dirty; it looked like it had never been cleaned. The floor was slippery, sticky, and sandy, and the walls and floor were caked with limescale. The shower head was too full of water, and the water was hot. The sink and toilet were clean. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to the bathroom's cleanliness, so it'll be like the cleanest place in Augusta in other cities.
