The hot water tap in the bathtub, the water is not hot. The TV cannot be used. The room is not soundproof.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

Location near the city center, friendly staff, old building, spacious room, complete room facilities, there is a refrigerator and deposit box. Complaint: came to check in at 15.30 but the room was not ready, still waiting for quite a long time and breakfast almost all the food was cold. Hopefully it can be fixed

The bathroom door 316 was already visibly damaged at the bottom, and the electric kettle was on and off a bit error (broken using electrical tape)... 314 AC was not cold for a while, then called a technician, it was quite good (not too cold though)... for the food, it was generally a bit stale... the potatoes were a bit hard.. for the cleanliness of the room it was ok... the toilet on the 5th floor was not very clean... the rooftop view was beautiful... for the swimming pool, maybe a slide could be added to make it even better... for the free horse-drawn carriage program, it seemed less effective (the distance was too short, hehehe)...

Overall I love the view the most 😍🫶🏻 and homey vibes in the hotel. Thank you to all the staff who service the customer very friendly and kind 😊

The hotel is close to everywhere. The rooms are spacious with affordable prices. Too bad the breakfast is lacking.

ask for a room on the top floor with a window facing the view but was given the 2nd floor and a view of the wall, annoyed, paid 600 thousand, wanted to get what we wanted but it was a dud but plus the staff is bae bae, the goods were brought to the room without us asking, because the employees are all still young x yes friendly also asked for sandals and delivered quickly asked with a smile and friendly okay not discouraged really because of the staff the food hem lacks choices when the chicken side dish is hard again that's all, just improve everything I've visited several hotels in Bogor, this is just giving suggestions

really like staying here kids like it and feel at home there is a children's play area really love it.. next time will definitely be here again.

the staff is very helpful, all friendly, the facilities for the deluxe family room are quite good, the swimming pool is cleaned every day, the breakfast is also varied. The homey and vintage / classic impression is very pronounced.

There is live music in the guest room area since after Maghrib until 21.00, I can't rest with my family, it's noisy. Live music should be in a special room like a ballroom or rooftop. Please pay attention to the Management because I have stayed here twice.

Old hotel but quite comfortable for the affordable price. Just have to be careful because there is a lot of rust in the bathroom (until my husband took the initiative to do it so it's not dangerous) and there was a broken ceramic in the kids pool that caused my child's leg to bleed.

The most luxurious thing is having breakfast on the rooftop, seeing the beautiful Mount Salak in the morning.

1 bed in a room that gets a musty smelling bed cover. The room is close to the engine room. So for a while you will hear the sound of the blower at night. Early breakfast late, so pack for those who CO early. Large room for 3 beds.

The room is clean but the mukena and prayer mat provided smell. The AC is not cold. And some of the food is delicious, some are not, such as the chicken care is hard, hopefully in the future the mukena and prayer mat will be cleaner.

The ambiance is really nice and very suburban.
