Clean room and very helpful with shuttle bus

When you first get a room that is a bit small, you can then move to a more spacious room to extend your stay easily and can check first which room you want to use.

All the hotel staff were friendly. The staff were pleasant and the food was delicious. They were very helpful with check-in. The airport shuttle from the hotel only runs until 11:00 AM.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus was very helpful. I would stay here again because there's a shuttle to the airport.

Close to KNO airport, unfortunately the staff is slow. Requests for soap and toothbrush refills took 2 hours for the staff to complete.

comfortable atmosphere, clean room, clean hotel area, close to KFC, food 7.5 pts (Delicious). cleaning staff and room service are friendly. my suggestions and inputs are only at the reception and phone cs less friendly smile and grammar, TV is not android yet, while in Java to Bali, hotels in the 100rb_an class already use android TV, but it is quite cured because of the comfort of the hotel. thank you The crew hotel for making my transit more memorable.
