The bathroom was dirty and yellow. The room description stated that it was a double bed and could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. However, the adult-sized bed actually fit 2 people. Luckily, my child was still a baby, so there was still room. The room photo doesn't match the actual room. Otherwise, it was okay.

It's absolutely amazing and highly recommended for a vacation in Yogyakarta. The staff is friendly and responsive when guests need anything, and it's very close to the city center.

The rooms are clean, the location is close to the jogging area (Mandala Krida stadium) there are quite a lot of places to eat and not far, only a water leak needs to be repaired.

Ease of check-in, the staff are quite friendly, the spacious rooms are very comfortable for families, especially those with small children. The location is also quite strategic in the center of the city, next to the mandala krida stadium.

Cheap, clean rooms, only access to find food is a bit far, it's better to order online.

Trash bin is not placed in the room. There is only 1 pillow. Otherwise the price is comparable to the facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Kelebihannya staff hotel ramah, lokasi kemana-mana mudah. Kamar tidur lumayan selimutnya bersih. Kurangnya: kamar mandi licin kebersihan nya kurang di kamar mandi, tidak ada air hangat. Lemari berdebu.

Sayang sekali home stay ini tidak terawat dan tidak semua kamar nyaman di tempati. Furniture nya sudah banyak yang koyak, wastafel tersumbat, pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup, stop kontak putus, kamar mandi bocor plafonnya. Masih lumayan AC bagus, kasur dan bantal nyaman dan bersih. Kebersihan lantai hall bersih. Lokasi juga tidak ramai dan keamanan baik walau agak jauh dari tempat kuliner. Sangat disarankan bagi owner untuk merenovasi home stay ini agar jauh lebih nyaman.

Nyaman, bersih, ac nya dingin, hanya saja pintu kamar mandi agak bermasalah.

Resepsionis ramah sekali, nyaman tinggal di sini, dekat dengan stadion Mandala Krida.

Dipastikan ga mau ngulang kalo nginep di sini, harga setara dengan hotel yang lebih lengkap dan layak fasilitas nya. D sini ga ada air mineral botol, sabun gosong gigi segala macem, tempat tidur berdebu bau, kamar bau apek. Air shower ga lancar. Wastafel ga ada keran. Kapok, nyesel banget. Bayar mahal-mahal tp zonk. Banyak hotel yang lebih bagus dengan harga yang sama. Pelayan nya juga ga ramah, tissue loh seharusnya d penginapan manapun ada, d sini meh ga ada, tempat tidue doang d ruang tamu nya. Tp isi nya ga ada 😂 mending tutup deh hotel nya.

Feeling at a loss for the price you got, I didn't get mineral water (only a dispenser in the middle room, so there were lots of ants), there was no soap or toothbrush in the room. It's just strategic, the location is not too far to go anywhere. That's all. Just normal service.
