The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is very good.

Our experience staying at the Emersia Hotel for 3 nights. We found it quite quiet and comfortable, as we brought two children. It wasn't noisy at night. The room was cleaned daily. However, the AC was noisy on Monday morning, and then turned off. Then it turned back on normally, but there were ice cubes. I think it was time for service or something, and it happened again on Wednesday morning. Luckily, my children were staying at the hotel, so I sent them to the reception. Thankfully, the response was quick, and the room was cool enough, so they didn't complain about the heat. Considering they had been sleeping in the AC all this time. The food was adequate, with bread and cereal provided. I had one breakfast, and my husband and children had two. The children were looking for cereal or bread because they were used to bread for breakfast. God willing, if we return to Yogyakarta again, we will stay here again. Thank you, Emersia.

The staff was friendly, from the room attendants to the receptionist and security. The service was excellent and very good. Breakfast was delicious; no one was disappointed. The swimming pool was clean, though there were some shortcomings. Good job, Emersia Malioboro Hotel.

Top service (friendly, responsive, homely, polite). The atmosphere is also calm and serene. Perhaps it would be more fitting if the hotel's sound system included classical Javanese music at certain times, to give it a Jogja feel. (Since I was room-only, I couldn't review the menu.) Friendly staff, spacious rooms, close to Malioboro and Tugu Yogya.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helped find our room, breakfast area, and the pool. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. While we were staying, we heard a lot of footsteps, apparently from a very noisy group of school children. A rule could be put in place to prohibit noise in the room area.

A recommended hotel. It's perfect for families or those looking for a staycation due to the ambiance and comfort of the Emersia Hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly, the dining area was clean, the staff were friendly and sociable and the security was proactive in helping guests who were leaving and coming in, offering assistance.

Very friendly staff and good food, but the room was just so badly maintained and not clean.

Ordered breakfast instead of sahur. The first night we got vegetables, but the second night we didn't even get a knock, and the sahur meal wasn't even delivered. We waited until dawn, but it still wasn't delivered.

The day before it was full of rain, the first day we stayed at the beach in Gunung Kidul and thank God Saturday night in Jogja was sunny. We booked 2 rooms, one for the kids, the hotel is close to everything in the city center, between Tugu and Malioboro, the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable & clean, the food is delicious & varied, the swimming pool is clean, if you want laundry, it's available near the hotel, it takes 1 hour, you can walk to Tugu & Malioboro, lots of food & snacks, very enjoyable, hopefully we will come back again & Jogja will remain special. Book 2 king & twin rooms for the kids, after traveling from Gunung Kidul Beach to the hotel at 12.00, we couldn't check in, our bodies were hot so we went swimming & relaxing to get fresh again, there was a welcome drink, the hotel is in the city center, near Tugu & Malioboro, just walking distance, if you're tired you can go home by bentor, the staff are friendly, there are many food vendors, close to the laundry which also takes 1 hour to finish, the food is delicious & varied, the swimming pool is clean, the kids are happy to come here again next time. The service is friendly, there is a swimming pool, after breakfast we went straight for a swim, the hotel is close to Tugu Station and Malioboro, if we go to Yogya again we will stay here again.

The plus side is that all the staff are friendly and easy to get around. The downside is that the breakfast food is bland. The bed sheets and pillowcases are no longer fit for use. They need to be replaced immediately because they are very dirty. (Just put them in.) Other than that, everything is fine.

Based on my experience staying here for three days, the location, service, room, and cleanliness were all excellent. The only downside, for me personally, was the taste and variety of food, which wasn't to my liking.

The hotel staff is friendly and the process is not complicated.
