Chandra Inn is located in the city center, inside the Chandra mall. I checked in on a Saturday. When I arrived, it was difficult to find parking. There's no dedicated hotel parking lot. I finally managed to park on the top floor and had to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. Access is quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage. Check-in was quick, but we were asked to pay a 100,000 rupiah security deposit. I was given room 222 on the 6th floor. The room was clean and quite comfortable. It had a bed, air conditioning, a smart TV, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, a wardrobe, and a single chair. The bathroom was clean enough, but the drain seemed clogged, causing water to pool. If you need a hair dryer, you need to ask the receptionist. By the way, you need to get your parking ticket stamped at the receptionist to avoid paying. A plus point of this inn is that it's located inside the mall, making it easy to walk around and grab snacks. Breakfast had a good variety, including buffet rice, cut fruit, juice, porridge, pancakes, cereal, and milk. Check-out must be before 12 noon or an additional fee will be charged. Don't forget to collect your security deposit upon check-out.

The hotel is very nice, big and clean, not like a 1 star hotel but like a 3 star hotel😄 The staff is also friendly, helpful without being asked😊 Highly recommended, the hotel location is also in the city center👍🏻 If I go to Lampung again, God willing, I will definitely come here again hehe

The hotel staff are all friendly, from security, the front desk, and the restaurant. The only downside is that the parking lot is often full.

I'm a regular staycationer with my husband, it's so comfortable. Every booking gets a different room, so you never get bored with the same old thing. Exit through the side door, which leads directly to the parking lot and supermarket. I absolutely love staying here 🥰

Clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and a view of Bandar Lampung. Located in the city center, close to TJ Karang Station, integrated with Chandra Mall. Finding dinner is easy; there's KFC and Bakso Soni right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The only thing I noticed was that the shower gel was out of stock, but everything else was good.

The cleanliness of the sheets and pillowcases needs to be paid attention to again, otherwise it's already good.
