We stayed 2 nights in a family room. The 2nd day didn't get mineral water and new tea, few bathroom tissues, so the 2nd day ran out. I have informed the cleaning serv on duty, just saying sorry for being TRAINING. No response until we got home. The hotel only has soap, does not provide shampoo. The drainage channel is not smooth in the shower bathroom, so if you want to go out you have to get muddy first (perhaps because the slope of the floor is wrong, so the water doesn't go straight to the drain).

The power went down about 8 times in one morning. I had to take shower in such a rush, before the power went down again.

Order 2 family room rooms and private pool villas but when you get a free upgrade the family room becomes a private pool villa, request for a birthday decoration + birthday cake for the wife who is having a birthday, 2 floors large villa, downstairs living room, kitchen and private pool, upstairs rooms and bathrooms, poorly maintained cleanliness, especially the pool is rather dirty, so maybe the impact of the pandemic is less maintained.

Order 2 rooms, 1 family room and 1 villa but when checking in was given a free upgrade, the family room became a villa, the request for a birthday decoration was granted and was given a birthday cup cake, the hotel condition was rather quiet even though it was high season because of the pandemic and policy must be swab if you want to enter Bali, Hopefully this pandemic will end soon and Bali's conditions return to normal as before the pandemic.

Less comfortable because the room has many shortcomings, especially in the mattress, the air conditioner is not cold, there are mosquitoes and others.

Deluxe room was booked out so the room was upgraded to deluxe room with private pool even though the private pool could not be used. The rooms are clean enough, equipped with a kitchen that can be used. Room cleaned every day. quite comfortable and pleasant overal, staff also friendly. Really worth the price
