The hotel is close to Malioboro, so it's easy for us to walk around Malioboro just to eat or look for typical Jogja souvenirs.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the room floor was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The sheets and bedcover were dirty and stained. Furthermore, those bringing cars should have been informed of the parking fee. It's Rp60,000 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and another Rp20,000 during the day, totaling Rp80,000 per day because parking isn't on the hotel grounds. Fortunately, the hotel's location, right on Malioboro, makes up for it.

It didn't match the video or photos. The room didn't smell good, there was hair in the corner of the bed when I first checked in, the pillows were thin, and the sheets and bedcover were stained, making them look dirty. A far cry from the video promoting the nearly 400,000 IDR price tag. Disappointing.

The hotel staff is undeniably friendly. The people of Yogyakarta are renowned for their hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located on Malioboro Street, just five steps away. It's close to everything. The only downside is there's no elevator, so if you get a room on the third floor, it's quite a climb up and down the stairs. The hotel's garden makes it easy to relax and unwind. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.

The hotel is clean, there is motorbike parking, but no car parking because the hotel is in a small alley. The service has been improved, more friendly and responsive. The location is close to Malioboro Street, about 100 meters on foot, to the Palace 1 kilometer, to Ngasem Market 1.3 kilometers on foot. The bedroom is clean and tidy, but unfortunately the bathroom in room 201 is a bit smelly and the shower is black and peeling. The hot water is very small, hopefully it will be fixed after I stay so that it is comfortable. Thank you

The location is near Malioboro, just walk.

The place is actually clean, and it's very close to Malioboro. Just exit the alley. Unfortunately, it was busy, so we got a room downstairs in the corner. Furthermore, there was a pile of unused mattresses in front of the window. I didn't take many photos because the room's location was a bit uncomfortable.

But it's really close to Malioboro and Lempuyangan Station. I found my stay comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and informative. If I ever come back to Yogyakarta, I'll definitely stay here again.
