friendly staff, parking is too narrow

The room's AC is not cold and the breakfast is not fresh and varied enough

All in all good, only breakfast lacks variety.

When I first arrived, the staff and RCP were not very friendly...

the bedsheets were very dirty and I called the room service to change them and they sent one bedsheets with the security guy

I stayed here during the August 31, 2025, protests. Tear gas even entered the lobby and rooftop. But, thank God, the hotel staff promptly asked guests to stay put. My three-night stay was the most enjoyable. Every morning after leaving, my room was clean and smelled amazing. Easy access everywhere, and the view directly over Simpang 5.

Next to the city center, Simpang Lima Semarang.

Amenities were incomplete. I asked for cotton swabs, but they were empty. The breakfast menu lacked variety. The taste was lacking.

This is my first time staying at this hotel even though I have been to Semarang many times. Because I brought an Inova Zenix car, the parking lot scratched the wall.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly, they gave great dining recommendations, and the location is very close to the city center. I recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again if I ever come back to Semarang. The room was very large, a little noisy from other rooms, but not too loud. Everything was great. Great hotel, near from everywhere, excellent service, room very comfortable. Great view from rooftop beside the pool. Will be stay here for next time when visit Semarang.

The parking space is narrow, it requires quite good skills to be able to go up each floor and it is not recommended for those who bring large cars, the room is clean but the bathroom is narrow and the bathroom door is difficult to open and close

Strategic location, because it is in the center of Semarang city. It's just a shame that the breakfast is not very varied and the taste is not quite right. Favorite spots are the swimming pool and gym

I have a wonderful experience staying here. The staff is very friendly, they give good recommendation where to eat, the location to the city center is very near. I recommend staying in this hotel and will probably stay her again if I go to Semarang. The room is very big, a little bit of sound coming from the other room, but not too loud. Everything is Great. Always our fave hotel. Big rooms, big, comfortable beds. The best swimming pool, either here or at Pandanaran. Definitely coming back again and again.
